If you are a real estate agent, broker, or owner, you can list your properties on this site.  It is simple to use but a little different from most other listing portals.  So please take your time and follow the instructions in this article.  Once your account has been created, you will be well on your way to listing all the properties in your inventory. 

The first thing you need to do is Create An Account in the menu bar to the right.  Once you have submitted the information, you will receive an email activation form at the email address you designated for the account.  Respond to that link and your account will be activated.  The email will also provide you with a login screen where you can login to your account. 

Next you need to provide any details about yourself.  This is where you tell potential buyers who you are.  If you are a Real Estate Professional, you will want to provide as much information as you can to promote your business.  If you are a vacation rental or FSBO owner, you will just want your basic contact information so that people can contact you about your property.  Fill in all the information you wish but remember that the gold triangles are REQUIRED information and you must fill them in.  Complete each tabbed page as shown below and then submit your details:

Now submit your information.

Before you can add a listing, you must make sure your city is in our database.  We currently have all US and Canadian States/provinces listed.  Chances are that you will need to add your city.  If you are outside the US or Canada, you will need to Submit new Country, State, and Locality (city).  This will add these areas to our database so that you may select them when adding your property details.

Once you have created your city, you can select the Add New Listing button at the bottom of the page.  Just like before, you will complete the details of the following tabbed pages before submiting your listing:

As long as all the required data is included, your listing should be immediately published.  If this is a free listing, you can only upload 4 (four) photos.  While you can upload more, numbers 5-12 will not display on your property details page. 

When your 6 months is up, you will be notified to renew your listing.  You will have 30 days in which to renew.  After 30 days the listing will automatically be deleted.
